Kristy Lapidus has spent the last 16 years consulting with senior leaders on complex digital business transformations. She has led over 200 projects in a multitude of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, finance, government, and high-technology. Kristy is recognized for her strengths in collaborating with teams and leaders across all levels of an organization and in different functional areas such as supply chain, engineering, human resources, IT, marketing, and business operations. She is an expert at guiding teams to thrive in times of transformation.
Kristy is currently completing her Master of Science in Organization Development at Pepperdine University where she has consulted with clients in China, France, and Costa Rica. She has been honored as a Pepperdine George Award winner for exemplifying integrity, stewardship, courage, and compassion while enriching the ever-changing business world. She serves the business community as the Chair of the Organization Development Network (ODN) conference; she sits on the ODN board and has spoken at international conferences on technology strategy, innovative consulting practices, and business transformation.
Kristy values building trusting relationships that foster the co-creation of innovative solutions aligned with strategies that keep apace with rapid technological change. She has furthered her expertise in strategic planning through her master’s research exploring the impact of scenario planning on the efficacy of digital transformations in the high-tech industry. In her spare time, Kristy can be found in the mountains of Western North Carolina, gardening, running, biking or practicing yoga with her husband, Alex.
