Laura brings her clinical and organizational psychology background to the team. Having worked with different aspects of organizational services (e.g., EAP, leadership and team training and mediation, digital transformations), she is keen to focus on the holistic picture of organizational design.
Following her Master’s in Organizational Psychology, Laura gained registration as a psychologist in Australia. Her strong work ethic has allowed her to develop a range of skills across different industries, teams, and organizations, and she is motivated to continue to grow in her professional development. She is interested in technology, data, processes, and how people work.
Laura’s favorite way to recharge is with music, especially with live gigs. She also enjoys reading, dancing, skateboarding, and playing awful games of snooker with her friends.
