Organizations in continuous turmoil and evolution are often described in different ways. Transforming. Changing. Shifting. Adjusting. Many of these terms are used interchangeably to describe change. And in some cases, it is not change that is causing the challenge that needs to be managed. Think about the classic situation in which people experience change fatigue due to having experienced previous change initiatives that didn’t include a deliberate transitional phase.
