Michael Oddo became interested in improving employee satisfaction after working for over twenty years in healthcare and recently completing a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. This led him to furthering his studies and landed him in the Master of Organization Development program at Bowling Green State University.

Passionate about one on one coaching and small group activities that foster collaboration, camaraderie, and conversation, Michael believes that improving the status quo entails awakening people to their true current reality and encouraging them to take ownership of the actions that will foster change.
