Tom Daniels is the Assistant Director for Graduate & Executive Program in Business at Bowling Green State University (BGSU) with a focus on admissions and advising for the students earning their master’s and doctorate degrees in Organization Development & Change. Prior to BGSU, Daniels was the Director of the Executive Interviewing Center at MRops and Vice President of Learning & Development at TNS North America. Tom received his Master of Organization Development (MOD) degree from BGSU. Tom is actively involved in his community. He serves as the Workforce Readiness Chair for the Northwest Ohio Human Resources Association (Toledo SHRM), Chair for the Venture Bound Advisory Board, and the Chair for the Alumni Connections Committee with the Owens Community College Foundation Board. When he’s not working or in a board meeting, you can find him running or biking around town. Tom lives in Perrysburg, OH with his wife and two teenage sons.
