Dayo’s career history is diverse; having worked in various roles across organisations ranging from start-ups to blue-chip companies, she has experience in both the public and private sectors. She has held transformation roles in business analysis, project management, and internal organisation design and development. Her organisation design experience ranges from implementing team-specific organisational effectiveness interventions to developing operating models that deliver company-wide strategic priorities.

Dayo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, is studying for a Master’s degree in Digital Transformation, and has certifications in Project Management and Change Management methodologies. She is naturally curious and adaptable bringing an empathetic and inclusive approach that allows her to develop effective relationships when engaging with stakeholders.

Outside work, Dayo is an active member of her church, and in her free time she enjoys watching movies, cooking, and hosting family and friends. Dayo is based in Cardiff, UK.
