If true cultural change or transformation is desired, Mark has a deep understanding of what it will take and extensive experience making sure those shifts happen. He deeply values building commitment to change early and throughout the entire organization design process.
In addition to graduating from the University of Maine with a degree in business, Mark has an MBA and a Masters degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University. He is an active member of global organization design forums and communities of practice. While completing his MBA at Bowling Green State University (BGSU), he found out about their Masters of OD program, and was hooked!
