His belief that including, connecting, and engaging every voice delivers better outcomes has contributed to multiple successful large and small change projects, with positive effect on the enterprise and the heart-count within. As a trusted associate to OTM, he has completed design projects impacting over 25,000 people through to redesign in smaller organisations looking to scale.

Matt is an experienced facilitator, always seeking out new ways to encourage dialogue, embrace conflict, and unleash ideas from groups of people. As a LEGO® fan he naturally upskilled in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology that plays a part in enabling this too!

Matt is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds an MBA from the University of Leicester, UK. He is an Enterprise Advisor, partnering with local schools to further their career offerings, as well as Board member and Trustee for a charity in the Northeast of England supporting young people.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with family at his caravan in the Scottish Borders, walking, kayaking, and watching the night sky.
