Reaghan brings her digital marketing background and brand strategy experience to our growing company. Though new to the field of organization design, she’s already a believer in OTM’s collaborative approach.

In the past, Reaghan worked in various entertainment companies such as BuzzFeed and Just For Laughs. While working in entertainment, she developed and managed multiple partnerships to elevate each brand through online campaigns and in-person events.

Her ability to wear multiple hats and handle all aspects of marketing allows her to thrive here at OTM. Whether it be lead generation, marketing technology, content creation, or brand strategy, she’s all over it.

Reaghan’s degree in Psychology means the field of organization design is a natural fit. She currently resides in Arizona and is a big fan of the west coast. She likes to read, eat carbs, and hang out with her fiancé and dogs.
