Chelsea RedFox is an educator, change agent, creative designer, and development expert brought to organization development through her passion for learning, collaboration, creative problem solving, broadening perspectives, and supporting others in achieving their goals.

Chelsea has 11 years of work experience in the fields of education, manufacturing, retail, and food service.

She earned her Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Toledo in 2015 and will be graduating from the Executive Master of Organization Development program at Bowling Green State University in May 2021.
