Rahul has experience working across public and private sector organizations in India to drive performance and effectiveness outcomes. He worked extensively in the social impact sector in India, assisting state governments drive innovation and system reforms in public education, impacting 90k primary teachers and 1.5 million primary school children. Rahul has worked on organization development projects involving culture assessment, knowledge management, and process re-engineering with Indian start-ups, MNCs and conglomerates.

Rahul is active in the global org design community and serves as a member of the European Organization Design Forum and Organization Design Forum.

Rahul holds a Masters in Organisation Development, Change and Leadership (Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai) and a B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering (Thapar University, Punjab). He is a Gandhi Fellow wherein he spent 2 years working with 5 public school Principals in rural India and improved student academic performance by 18%.

Rahul lives in London with his wife and daughter and loves hiking with his family on weekends.
