Dawn Powell
Dawn is an Organisation Design Consultant with over 10 years’ experience of working in Organisation Development and Design. In her work, Dawn enjoys ‘anything that enables people to connect’ and takes pride in remaining curious about how systems can be transformed through Organisation Design.
She has held a number of OD roles in retail at John Lewis, Tesco and Marks & Spencer as well as roles in the Charity and Housing sectors.
Dawn holds a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Westminster, postgraduate qualifications in Learning & Development, and the Psychology of Organisation Development & Change.
She is a Faculty Member of the European Organisation Design Forum (EODF), where she delivers the Masterclass programme. She has also guest lectured on OD at the University of Hertfordshire’s MA in Human Resource Management course.
She is a Chartered MCIPD member of the CIPD, a trained Leadership & Management coach, a qualified workplace mediator, and an Action Learning Set facilitator, and is experienced in facilitating large-scale interventions.
Outside of work, Dawn enjoys making jewellery, collecting African and Caribbean art, travelling with her family and going out with friends.
