Caitlin is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and currently earning an Executive Master of Organization Development. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Ohio and has been working in public accounting for over twelve years. Her passion for working with individuals at the beginning of their careers led to the development of a firm-wide personal development and soft skills training program, helping with both employee growth and retention.
Caitlin’s work as a consultant and auditor specializing in the service, healthcare, and nonprofit industries has provided her the opportunity to work with organizations of varying size and complexity. During her frequent presentations to boards and governing bodies, she takes pride in putting complicated financial and strategy concepts into simple terms to keep teams engaged and focused on what matters.
She is an active volunteer as a board member for the BGSU College of Business Young Alumni and Down Syndrome Association of Greater Toledo, and has volunteered with Girls on the Run of Northwest Ohio, Junior League of Toledo and Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity.
