Ericca Ross Williams, BS in Business and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, BGSU EMOD cohort member graduating in April 2021. Ericca was recently promoted to a role as a Performance Improvement and Organizational Development Specialist. She has spent the majority of her career in various learning and development roles, supporting sales, leadership development, technical/engineering, and call centers. By moving over to Organizational Development, she hopes to take on new challenges and create programs and interventions that can have a great impact on the success of organizations.
