Kati Thompson is a creative problem-solver who works with communities and organizations to achieve collaborative change and growth. She currently leads Bowling Green Economic Development in the role of Executive Director. In addition, Kati is passionate about entrepreneurship and owns Eden Fashion Boutique in Downtown Bowling Green, OH.

Kati believes that aligning individuals and organizations in shared purpose leads to success, creativity, and innovation. In her current role, Kati is pursuing economic growth through industry retention, expansion, job creation and strategic partnerships.

Kati serves as a collaborative change consultant and conference speaker, working within her local community and beyond. Kati holds a BA in Marketing and will earn a Masters of Organization Development from Bowling Green State University in May 2021.

In her free time, Kati enjoys spending time with her husband and six children, remodeling, and riding her Peloton.
