Kelly Stalica, [PHR, SHRM-CP] is a Human Resources professional with 15 year’s progressive experience working with and for employees of various retail and manufacturing organizations. Kelly currently serves as the Human Resources Director for CMC Group, Inc. a mid-west manufacturing organization with facilities in the US, Canada and the U.K. She leads a team of highly effective professionals as they serve the needs of the business as well as the employees.

With a relentless desire to learn and grow, Kelly joined the Executive Masters of Organization Development program at BGSU to further her professional capabilities as well as those of her current and future organizations. This program has enabled her to provide immediate support and guidance to her staff, management, and employees as they navigate the ever-changing landscape of business and organizational culture.
