Vanesa brings 20 years of experience designing strategies and programs focusing on full employee life cycle needs, development of talent pipelines, and the creation of inclusive and engaging organizational cultures.

Vanesa has built her career serving in financial and education companies, and currently in the automotive industry during the past 16 years in operational and management positions leading the HR, Health & Safety function in Colombia and Ecuador. She is currently serving Dana Incorporated, located in Maumee, Ohio – a Fortune 500 company, as Senior Manager of Talent Development. She champions the inclusion and diversity strategies and leads the talent management process and engagement for ~36,000 associates in 34 countries across six continents.
