With a background in military aircraft engineering, his career so far has been defined by complex problem-solving and the drive to lead teams through challenging conditions.

Jordan has a technical background with a bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering and postgraduate studies in aeronautical engineering. His commitment to the field of organizational design is rooted in firsthand experiences from his time in the military, where he saw how resistance to change can block even the best plans from achieving the intended results. He is particularly interested in shaping behaviors through collaboration, empowerment, and effective organizational design.

Outside of work, you will find Jordan at the beach or in the mountains. Whether he is surfing, climbing or hiking, he won’t be sitting still.
