She has more than 30 years of combined experience leading and managing change in higher education, healthcare, the U.S. military, and the NGO and non-profit sectors. Katrina is a doctoral student in organization development and change at Bowling Green State University and holds a master’s degree in organization development and change from Pennsylvania State University. Her research focuses on awareness-based practices for enhancing change agent effectiveness.
