ON THE MARK will be partnering with Arizona Organization Design Network (AZODN) this May to sponsor a Whole-Scale Change Skills Training Workshop. This hands-on, practical skills training in Whole-Scale Change™ methods teaches participants how to design and facilitate collaboration within large groups of people. After learning about underlying principles, theories and models of Whole-Scale Change™ from industry experts, participants will apply these new techniques through engaging case work.
This all-day workshop will take place over three days from May 30 to June 1 in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. The course includes copies of organizational change books Whole-Scale Change: Unleashing the Magic in Organizations and The Whole Scale Change Toolkit.
Joining Mark LaScola of ON THE MARK in leading the workshop are Paul Tolchinsky and Sylvia James, co-authors of Whole-Scale Change: Unleashing The Magic In Organizations. Paul Tolchinsky has consulted leading global companies for 30 years to manage and facilitate large system change. He is known for his central role in the development of Whole-Scale (Whole-System) Approaches to change. Sylvia James also comes with 30 years of experience in utilizing whole scale methods to transform organizations across several diverse industries.
