His background spans public sector roles in policy making, commissioning, and HR, for both the Welsh Government and the Ministry of Justice. He holds a First-Class BSc degree in Psychology from the University of East Anglia, which has helped equip him with the tools to leverage insights into human behaviour to craft tailored solutions that empower organisations to thrive.
