Meet Irena Krstic, Support Consultant
Give us a bit of your background before joining OTM as a Support Consultant.
My background has been pretty varied so far: I graduated from the University of Arizona a little over a year ago, where I majored in Marketing and minored in Spanish. Prior to OTM, I had jobs and internships with Quicken Loans, Avnet, Amazon, and Intel — most recently, where I was a Business Development Rep working within Inside Sales. I have always had a passion for travel and have been interested in consulting for years, so I am very excited to bring these two passions to life with my role at OTM.
What are you looking forward to in this role and working with the OTM team?
I am most looking forward to learning about organizational design and how different companies across various industries can utilize the OTM methodology to improve on multiple levels.
What’s a fun fact about you?
I have a twin, and I was born in Serbia!
What will be your main tasks as Support Consultant?
As Support Consultant, my role will be to support the Senior Consultants with everything from documentation to organizing meetings and everything in-between.
What interested you firsthand about working with OTM?
The biggest thing that interested me was the fact that there was both domestic and international travel involved in the job. Also, I was drawn to the fact that within my beginner-level role, I will be able to interact with executive members of the organizations we are working with, which is very unique to this position.
